A threat is a change you are not leading - The Business Leaders Forum December Event

On December 1st the Business School hosted its winter Business Leaders Forum, featuring Mark Thompson of Holos who discussed trends in leadership and change.

Mark is Co-Founder of Holos – a leadership, culture and change consultancy and a member of the Exeter Leadership Network.

Mark helps people to grow and businesses to change. Holos typically works with CEOs, main boards, and senior leaders who are experiencing deep disruption and change either to themselves, their organisations, or business model - or all three. They deliver responsible leadership upgrades, ethical business change, and sustainable cultural or organisational development.

David Allen, Pro-Vice Chancellor and Executive Dean opened the evening which was attended by members and guests along with the Business School’s Exeter Leadership Network. David Marshall and Alan Hooper, both members of the network hosted a collaborative session ahead of the Q&A, followed by supper and networking.
