Nimrita Singh, PhD student
Nimrita’s major research interests lie in high volume front end service environments, supply chain issues and efficient stock management in fashion retail, the impact of disruptive technologies, service innovation, role of mobile applications in managing services and customer service, branding and social media marketing.
Her particular interest lies in evaluating the impact of disruptive technologies such as social networking on supply chain management in fashion retail.
Before joining ISR, she obtained a BA (Hons) in Economics (India) and also holds a MSc in International Management from the University of Exeter Business School. Nimrita recently completed her dissertation on the role of social media marketing in online retail, together with her role as Community Manager at Fantasy Shopper.
Nimrita has worked in Event Management and Hospitality and speaks five languages including French and German.
