I specialise in supporting individuals and organisations with their challenges in public performance, partnership working and leading through influence.
Maureen is a professional actor and experienced facilitator, team coach and senior manager. She specialises in supporting individuals and organisations with their challenges in public performance, partnership working and leading through influence. An actor in the 1980s Maureen eventually moved into mental and public health qualifying as a psychological therapist and doing a Masters in Sociological Research in Health Care.
Within the NHS and third sector Maureen has worked for over twenty five years both as a commissioner of services and in provider organisation developing new services. She has extensive experience of working with multi agency partnerships across public, private and third sector organisations to deliver complex programmes across a range of government initiatives.
Three years ago Maureen decided that it was time to return to professional acting. This combines well with continuing to support individuals who want to improve their personal effectiveness when "performing" in public and also organisations facing the challenges and interpersonal dynamics of complex partnership arrangements.
Whilst in the NHS Maureen was an affiliate of the network and is now delighted to have taken on the role of an Honorary Fellow of University of Exeter Business School and supporting the Exeter Leadership Network.
