We are based at The Deck in the Innovation Centre on Streatham Campus. The Deck is a collaborative workspace for student entrepreneurs to work on their business ideas or to meet a member of our team for 1-2-1 appointments. The space is also used for weekly startup workshops and classes for With Proficiency in Entrepreneurship modules.
At SETsquared Exeter we help University of Exeter students become successful entrepreneurs through numerous activities and facilitating networking and collaboration opportunities.

Our programme helps you to develop a more entrepreneurial mindset and equips you with the practical toolkit necessary to inspire innovative ideas and create entrepreneurial solutions. You will learn how to undertake rigorous market validation and develop and launch viable and sustainable new enterprises. This is done through a combination of interactive workshops and events, 1-2-1 advising and by facilitating opportunities for networking and collaboration. If you are an International Student and are thinking of setting up a business in the UK, the Student Startup programme can provide additional advice and guidance.
If you require a visa to study in the UK, you are not legally allowed to register a business in the UK or start trading whilst on that visa. Please take time to familiarise yourself with the full visa guidelines for working in the UK by visiting the International Student Support page here
You can find more information about the UK Working Visas, including the Startup Visa and Innovator Visa here. Please read the guidelines carefully.
IMPORTANT: Please note that successful enrolment and completion of the Pre-Incubator and/or Incubator programmes does not guarantee an endorsement from the team for a Startup Visa. Each business will be evaluated on the required UK Government criteria, as outlined in their eligibility criteria.
