I work with leaders, executive teams and boards who are going through periods of significant change and want to improve their effectiveness and performance. At the heart of my work is the recognition of the impact of human behaviour in determining business performance.
I bring to my work an appreciation and knowledge of the theory and practice of leadership and an in-depth insight into best practice in board leadership and governance at the highest levels. This theory and practice is distilled into a board and top team effectiveness framework which is applicable to organisations in the public, private or not-for profit sectors.
I also design and deliver leadership development programmes for high potentials.

As a Fellow of the Business School and the Exeter Leadership Network, I have co-led modules of the Executive MBA in Leading Self and Organisational Change and Personal Effectiveness Coaching and delivered presentations and workshops on Board Effectiveness based on my research in to Excellence in Board Leadership. Published writing includes the subjects of the Boardroom Conversation, Coaching the Board and the Dilemma of the Non-Executive Director.
