Fellows contribute to the Centre and Business School through activities associated with the Affiliation and ongoing development of members, by actively helping the Business School to achieve its strategic imperatives, particularly in relation to Business Engagement, Employability, Student Experience and by representing CLS in activities which contribute to the growth and development of the Centre, in conjunction with members of faculty.

Maureen specialises in supporting individuals and organisations with their challenges in public performance, partnership working and leading through influence.
Kay is responsible for the design and implementation of the of the People strategy at the Met Office.

Lucie has built a strong board and management team to develop the models, systems, culture and expertise required to ensure EDP remains a key player in the field.
