Paul’s more than 25 year career spans a range of line, staff and consulting roles, primarily with blue-chip MNCs in various industries, including airline, information technology, oil and gas, financial services, food and management consulting. He has held positions in the design of computing systems, financial analysis, systems and methods, customer service and operations, human resources, talent management, leadership development and consulting, with organisations such as Singapore Airlines, Exxon, American Express, Pepsico Restaurants, Buck Consultants and Hay Management Consultants among others. In 2004, Paul joined the public sector as part of his personal motivation to make a more direct contribution to his country.

Consulting credentials

Paul’s formal consulting career started when he took on the role of managing director for Buck Consultants in Asia in 1996. He has since worked with other international consulting firms and has been involved in various consulting projects with both private and public sector organisations across Asia-Pacific. Paul’s consulting interests are wide ranging, and more recently has centred around organisational development and in helping organisations develop and enhance individual, team and leadership capabilities and effectiveness.

Paul is certified in a variety of tools and methodologies, including MBTI, Hogan Assessments, Conflict Dynamic Profile, Firo-B, NLP, and Neuro-Semantics. He is also a certified executive coach and a certified experiential learning trainer.
