Our experience provides research insights into organisations in service industries such as telecommunications, banking, insurance, and education. We have also worked with traditional manufacturing organisations such as defence and aerospace as they transition into a service environment; and with public sector organisations at the national (NHS, MoD, DEFRA) and local (Met Police, Sutton Borough Council) level.
