Strategic Leadership and the Management of Change
Module overview
A short-course leading to CPD credits from the University of Exeter
This three-day module aims to provide middle and senior managers with a firm foundation of knowledge together with practical tips for taking organisations through dynamic and cultural changes.
It offers an excellent combination of theory, practical application, stories and models.
The course focuses on the human aspect of successful change implementation, emphasising the need for information, alignment and momentum from top to bottom in the organisation. It will give the delegate a deep insight into how to motivate and challenge people to accept change as a natural process.
The course also reviews several case studies of large and small organisations that have undertaken change programmes.
