Abstract:
The talk will feature ongoing empirical and theoretical work exploring contemporary issues in leadership. In the first part the role of leadership in employee engagement and burnout during a major change will be examined. In the second part the role of leadership in employee social responsible behaviours will be explored. In the third part research will be presented that provides a fresh perspective on the link between gender and leadership effectiveness.
