University of Exeter students celebrate Graduation
Business School Graduation 2012 – a message from the Dean
Warm congratulations to all our graduands. This is the culmination of years of hard work and study - a time to celebrate with your friends and family.
On behalf of all my colleagues, I can say that it has been a great pleasure having you here and we take enormous pride in your achievements. I hope that your time here at Exeter has exceeded your initial expectations and that you leave with great memories of this part of your life.
This is also the start of another phase in your life. You are about to choose where you will go next: whether to a job, further study, or another activity. I'm confident that you’ll be able to use not only the knowledge and the skills, but also the values that you have gained during your time here in Exeter.
We like to stay in touch with our alumni; you are still part of the Exeter family, even when you move on from studying here. I hope that you will remain interested in your University and feel pride in its present and future accomplishments, and that we'll see you again in the future.
As you will have seen during your time here, we have ambitious plans for the School and we would like to thank you for your patience whilst we have been investing in its infrastructure and facilities. Our reputation will be important to you, and we shall do our very best to make sure that it continues to grow.
Whatever you are doing after your graduation, I wish you the best of luck for the future.
Enjoy your day.
