Business School in Guardian Top 10

The University of Exeter Business School has again been rated in the top ten in the Guardian University Guide 2010. The Guardian ranked its Business Studies programmes as 7th in the UK and Economics in 10th position with scores of 83.6% and 77.8% respectively.

The league table took into account a number of different factors, including the quality of teaching, research, campus facilities and the overall student experience.

Professor Richard Lamming, Business School Director said: “We are thrilled with this result. It follows our success in the National Student Survey, in which we’ve been the UK’s number one Business School for student satisfaction for the last three years. We pride ourselves on offering the UK’s best experience to students through the quality of our teaching and other important measures whilst also building a reputation for world-class research. Being in the top ten in such an influential guide is testament to the success of our staff and students.”

Overall, the University of Exeter was listed 13th in the Guardian University Guide, placing it comfortably in the top 15 UK universities.
