Module description
In this module a learner will gain knowledge of how to manage change in their organisation. You will gain an understanding of how to develop and implement organisational strategy and plans, including approaches to resource and supply chain management, work force development, sustainability, taking and managing risk, monitoring and evaluating, and quality assurance.

- Evaluate theories of organisational strategies and review own organisations strategy in the context of these
- Analyse own organisations strategy for resources and supply chain management
- Analyse own organisations strategy for work force development
- Interpret key principles of sustainability within own organisation
- Evaluate risk management models and review own organisations approach to the identification and monitoring of risk
- Evaluate quality assurance models in the context of own organisation
- Critically evaluate change management models
- Apply relevant model(s) to effectively manage substantial change in a selected area of own organisation
- Develop organisational plan to include realistic, measurable targets and key performance indicators
- Identify and manage appropriate resources to deliver plan
- Accurately monitor and measure outcomes and evaluate results
