We believe that future business leaders should understand the science behind sustainability, the business case for sustainable strategies and also the personal and professional challenges that will arise when leading change in organisations.

A rich mix of guest lecturers from a variety of disciplines will lead debates on the challenges facing business and the potential solutions. We will explore the role and responsibility of business in society and the impact of business actions on the environment.  We will examine the implications of climate change, the depletion of natural resources, pollution and excessive consumption. We will consider the impact of environmental and social regulation on business. We will explore the actions businesses can take to manage these challenges.  We will encourage you to develop and defend your own views on the issues and to refine your ability to argue, persuade and inspire colleagues on the planetary challenges we face.
