Lindsay has been a lecturer for 12 years at the University of Plymouth, and more recently at Plymouth Marjon University. Having taught on a whole range of modules and topics within their business schools from HRM, Organisational Behaviour, and Equality and Diversity has meant that a range of skills for teaching a wide scope of topics has been developed. During this time, a passion for teaching research methods has emerged.

Other roles have included being a Specialist Mentor which provides support for students with mental health issues, learning difficulties and neurodiverse students to attend and thrive at University. This has developed coaching, mentoring, and skills development expertise.
