Dr Lisa Grover
Senior Lecturer in Degree Apprenticeships
Lisa joined the Business School in 2018 as an Academic Mentor, supporting apprentices with creating their portfolios of work-based evidence for the Senior Leader Masters Degree Apprenticeship programme. She is now a Senior Lecturer on the Senior Leader and Senior People Professional apprenticeship programmes.
She has a mixed background in both industry and academia. She is a senior Human Resources professional, with specialist experience in the areas of HR systems, analytics, organisational change and reward. She has held positions in the higher education and third sectors. She originally studied philosophy and she has previously held both teaching and research positions in this area. Her research interests centre upon the application of ethical theory to business challenges.
She is passionate about the application of learning in the workplace and ethical approaches to HR and leadership.
