Tricia joined The Centre for Leadership Studies in October 2002 as Personal Assistant to the Director, with responsibilities which included organising and managing seminars, conferences and executive education programmes, as well as contributing to the wider Business School as an Induction Facilitator, and delivering ad hoc training, coaching and mentoring for Professional Services staff. Tricia “retired” in 2010 but continued to work in the Business School from time to time through the Temporary Staff Bank.
Previous to this, Tricia began her secretarial career in London before moving to France and Switzerland where she spent a number of years working as a bi-lingual personal assistant/administrator in international organisations. Later, after gaining teaching qualifications, she taught office skills/business studies in London and Exeter for 17 years.
- Responsible for provision of administrative support on a week by week basis across the range of events and activities organised by the CLS Professional Network. This requires acting as an interface and co-ordinator between University Faculty and Professional Services staff, CLS Honorary Fellows, corporate clients and guest speakers.
