Ramon Cobo-Reyes joined the University of Exeter Business School as a Senior Lecturer at the Economics Department in September 2013. Originally from Spain, Ramon did his undergraduate degree in business administration at the University of Jaén. He completed his PhD dissertation ‘Essays using Economic Methods’ under the supervision of Professor Pablo Brañas at the University of Granada, in 2006. Since then, Ramón was working at the University of Granada until he joined Exeter Business School.

Ramon uses experimental methods to study individual and group behaviour with a particular interest in labor market, incentives, identity and contests. Ramon has obtained research support from the Spanish Ministry of Education.
