Rita is the Partnerships Liaison Coordinator, with specific responsibility for progression and recruitment partnerships including NUFE, SWUFE, CUHKSZ and ESB Reutlingen. Rita is focusing on improving student experiences for our partnerships students and strengthen the relationships with our progression and recruitment partners.

The Business School International Development Team manages international education opportunities with over 65 world-class university partners in over 25 countries around the world. Opportunities include full-year undergraduate ‘With European Study’ and ‘With International Study’ programmes, summer schools, postgraduate exchanges and Double Degree programmes.  The team deals over 500 students at different levels and stages in the process annually. They are also responsible for progression and recruitment partnerships, and liaise with the Student and Education Services Team to support these students and inbound exchange students.

The team aims to provide an exceptionally high level of customer service and support to inbound and outbound exchange students, to increase student numbers on the various study abroad programmes, and to develop strong collaborative relationships with international partners.

Rita initially joined the Business School in 2008 as a Student and Education Services Assistant and she has since worked in a variety of roles across student support. Rita was the Study Abroad Coordinator responsible for providing academic-related support and guidance for all Business School Inbound exchange students and International Outbound students for a number of years.
