Before joining the Accounting department in 2010, Katy worked as a Tutor at BPP Professional Education in Southampton, specialising in Management Accounting and Financial Management. Prior to this, she spent two years working in New Zealand as a Management Accountant, whilst following her passion for sport and training as a pilates instructor. Katy qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Reading in 2006.

Management accounting: which aims to provide managers with relevant information to plan, manage and control their organisations at both operational and strategic levels.
