Dr Holly Henderson joined the Business School in 2016 and currently supports the delivery of the Operations Management, Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship modules. She is Employability Academic Lead and a Senior Academic Tutor for the Department of Science, Innovation, Technology and Entrepreneurship (SITE). Holly is a Certified Advanced and Online Facilitator in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® and delivers sessions in the Business School, College of Engineering, Mathematics and Physical Sciences, College of Social Sciences and International Studies and the College of Medicine and Health. She is also a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, a Churchill Fellow, a Certified Management & Business Educator and a MHFA England Mental Health First Aider. Holly has over fifteen years of experience successfully delivering National and International projects from concept to completion, on time, within budget and scope. She is Prince2® and ScrumMaster® qualified. Holly was the LOCOG Operations Manager for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Weymouth & Portland and has been a Project Manager for the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents, Maritime and Coastguard Agency and Royal National Lifeboat Institution. In addition to this, Holly has represented England (2017) and Great Britain (2018) at the International Surf Association SUP and Paddleboard World Championships.
