Dr Holly Henderson joined the Business School in 2016 and currently supports the delivery of the Operations Management, Strategic Management, Circular Economy and Entrepreneurship modules. She is also part of the teaching team for the Medical Humanities Special Study Unit (SSU) at the University of Exeter Medical School. Holly is a With Industrial Experience (WiE) Tutor and a Senior Academic Tutor for the Department of Science, Innovation, Technology and Entrepreneurship (SITE). She is a Certified Advanced Facilitator in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and materials, a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, a Churchill Fellow, a Certified Management & Business Educator and a MHFA England Mental Health First Aider. Holly has over fifteen years of experience successfully delivering National and International projects from concept to completion, on time, within budget and scope. She was the LOCOG Operations Manager for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Weymouth & Portland and has been a Project Manager for the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents, Maritime and Coastguard Agency and Royal National Lifeboat Institution. Holly has represented England (2017) and Great Britain (2018) at the International Surf Association SUP and Paddleboard World Championships.
