Claire Lavers is a Senior Lecturer in the Xfi Centre for Finance and Investment at the University of Exeter. Previously, she has been a Lecturer in Finance at the University of Stirling and taught part-time at the University of Hull. Her research interests include capital structure, commodity futures, the financing of not-for-profit organisations and the financing of sport. Her teaching has included corporate finance, international finance, micro-economics and financial statement analysis.
