Digital Business
This theme examines the impact of information technology (IT) on organisations.  Some of the core questions include: What makes some organisations successful at exploiting new IT? How IT contributes to the firm’s competitiveness? Which management practices play role in the firm’s ability to generate additional value from IT?

Business Model Innovations
This theme looks at how organisations are responding to the pressures of changing competitive environments. Some of the questions examined include: What triggers firms to innovate their business models? Are business models created or discovered? How firms make transitions to innovative business models? How do they go about implementing new business models?

Organisational Capabilities
This theme investigates what firms do to drive meaningful business results.  Some of the questions investigated include: Which capabilities are most critical to company’s business performance? Why companies focus on particular capabilities rather than the whole spectrum of the so-called ‘best practices’? How do companies build specific organisational capabilities?
